职位描述
Main Duties
1. Cash Flow reporting
2. Full bookkeeping (posting AR, AP and standard journals)
3. Invoicing and Collections
4. Inventory reporting and reconciliation
5. Weekly, Monthly and annual bank reconciliations
6. Creation and distribution of P & L, Balance Sheet, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually
7. Issuance of purchase orders and payments (via wire transfer and checks)
8. Annual insurance policy reviews
9. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1. 5-8 years of accounting (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger)
2. 4-year degree in accounting, business or finance required
3. Excellent computer skills; minimum of 5 years of experience with Accounting Software and Microsoft Office. Very strong MS Excel skills a must.
