Responsibilities:

1. Manage software project development from beginning to end.
2. Work closely with global Dental R&D team.
3. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
4. Develop full scale project plans and associated communications documents.
5. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
6. Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
7. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with development policies, the commercialization process and required standard operating procedure.
9. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
10. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
11. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
12. Track project milestones and deliverables.
13. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
14. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
15. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
16. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Requirements:

1. BS/MS in Computer Science / Biomedical Engineering related majors.
2. Demonstrated use of project management tools, including MS Project, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Document Manager, etc.
3. Knowledge in medical regulations and standards.
4. Solid knowledge in DICOM standard and HCIS system.
5. Strong communication (written & verbal) in both Chinese and English, organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, facilitation, and follow through skills.
6. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel within an organization, as well as functional groups regardless of geographic location.
7. Technically competent with various software programs.
8. Experience at working both independently and in a teamoriented, collaborative environment is essential.
9. Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
10. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment is PMP Certification.
11. 3+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
12. 3+ years’ development experience in Java or C++ programming language.
13. 3+ years’ development experience on Windows XP/7 platform.
14. 2+ years’ working experience in Agile development.
15. Dental domain knowledge or experience is a plus.
16. Knowledge in Mac/Linux/Unix environment is a plus
