Responsibilities

1. Develops the Business plan objectives and strategy for the short and long term (3 years) with the Head of Marketing
2. Recommends & implements the operational Brand plans for both retail and hospital channel.
3. Works with BGU to gain alignment on strategic initiatives and implementation of business plan.
4. Advertising & promotional materials towards the various brand targets: healthcare professionals, trade and consumers
5. Closely monitors Brand performance, customer needs and competitors activities to provide relevant reports and recommendations to management
6. Accountable for the product, manages directly the variable marketing budget: definition & follow-up
7. Pro-actively suggests ideas
8. Proactive in cross department cooperation and synergies.
9. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.

Requirements
1. University Degree desirable. Business School with relevant marketing degree is preferred.
2. Computer skills: Microsoft Office
3. Excellent communication skills at least in English.
4. Minimum of 5 years working experience of Marketing in product / brand management in OTC industry. One experience in FMCG industry is value added to this position.
5. Good knowledge of retail business in drug store channel and pharmacy channel.
6. Has a successful track record with product launch and brand building.
7. Can work independently and project management.
8. Has successfully applied social media and PR events for brand building.
9. Experience of switch as pre-requisites
10. Business acumen / commercial awareness; entrepreneur style
11. Business planning and organizational skills with potential of leadership
12. Flexible and Creative thinker to get things done by smart way.
13. Management skill to 3rd party agency for both project management and financial control.
14. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
