职位描述
Accountabilities:
- Develops and executes the E-Business plan to deliver profitable growth of online sales and raise ‘digital footprint’ of our brands
- Manages Key Account e-platforms: retail segmentation and incentive plans, product assortment, Joint-Business plans
- Oversees development and management of online e-commerce sales and commercial activities
- Leverages brand content and direction provided by Marketing into relevant and successful brand communication online
- Establishes analytics and competitive intelligence to deliver ongoing performance improvements
- Shares accountability within the BU of Financial Performance (top line and MOP)
- Partner with technology and other internal partners to ensure continued improvement in digital experience to maximize customer acquisition, engagement, retention and brand reputation
- Participates to Global Digital pilot projects and pro-actively contributes to raising overall Digital knowledge within China and beyond as role model
Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Business, digital or e-commerce degree preferred
Excellent communication skills in English on top of Mandarin
5 years of experience in consumer e-commerce with knowledge of main successful digital communication activities
Proven track record in planning and implementing route to market e-channel strategies and leading service providers to develop and implement successful wed/mobile solutions
Demonstrated ability to successfully over achieve sales plans and proactively manage sales and profit to meet Business objectives
Solid understanding and demonstrated compliance with legal requirements about e-commerce and Industry code in China
Strategic capabilities to build digital activities as well as tactical e-commerce and data analyzing capabilities
Experience managing e-commerce platforms with technical understanding of website infrastructure related to e-commerce operations (supply chain, customer service, media mix, CRM)
Willingness to work or relevant experience in Personal Care - knowledge of Skin Care field a real plus
Strong ability or experience to lead the set-up and management of a Team
Ability to build and manage a high performance team focused on accountability and meeting and exceeding expectations thanks to result oriented approach
