Purpose:

For work
closely with Training Manager, assist in developing training material, training
tool to ensure the trainer and sales people have thorough knowledge of skincare
and fragrance product, professional service skill and selling techniques to
reach of sales goals.

Responsibilities:

1.
Assist
in conducting training programs to train the trainer and sales people, product
knowledge, selling skills, customer service, and other sales related personal

2. Design,
conduct in-room trainings in accordance with education strategy and training
plan.

3. Training
material and tool translation and develop

4. Marketing
PR even support

5. Partner
with JV’s training and sales team to ensure training needs are identified using
sales indicators.

6. Conduct
training programs for other filed population

7. Collect
and feedback competitor information

8. Represents
the company in filed

9. Ensure
consistency of training messages and image is conveyed

Skills

1. Strong
initiative, coaching and presentation skills.

2. Good
computer skills (MS Office) required.

3. Good
speaking and written in English and Mandarin.

Education and
background

1. Bachelor’s
degree

2. Minimum
of 3 years hands-on experience in training

3. Experience
in international cosmetic company is preferred.
