职位描述

Accountabilities:

HR Head of overall HR functions in BU SW (yunnan、guizhou、guangxi), including below responsibilities: 负责西南大区(云南、贵州、广西)的全面人力资源管理工作,包括以下主要职责:

1 ) People Continuity / communication / 内部沟通与人事持续性发展
- Conduct regional level People Continuity (Recruitment, Staffing, Job transfer, Promotion, and Exit) etc. / 执行人事持续发展(招聘,员工, 岗位调动,晋升和离职等)
- Overall performance review, competency review, development plan and follow up. / 绩效评估,能力评估,制定并跟踪员工发展计划
- Nominate the training name list and coordinate the training for M1/onboard training/ LMS system/APAC University Courses. / 执行和协调预算内的培训
- Update Engagement Action Plan / 执行和追踪敬业度执行计划
- Conduct or coordinate internal communication activities (Team building, Family Day, Day in Trade, Scholarship Project) etc. / 执行或协调内部沟通活动
- Regional level Employee relationship (Coordinate the legal conflict of people exit etc.) / 员工关系(协调员工离职法律冲突等)
- Business partner for sales director / 业务支持
- Other works assgiend by BU HQ People.

2 ) Reward / PPM / TSC & Solution / 薪酬福利/PPM/目标设定下达和解决方案
- Prepare annual budget, analyze and track annually and monthly people budget / 控制人事预算
- Annual salary review on merit and promotion; / 年度工资评估和晋升
- Collect, validation and submit the data for Target setting, cascading and appraisal / 目标设定与下达
- Regional employee Payroll release, maintenance and tracking / 工资发放,维护及跟踪
- Monthly, quarterly, annually bonus calculation / 奖金计算
- Work with BSC on staff information validation / 协同BSC核实员工信息
- Calculate severance cost, OT cost and holiday/annual leave management / 计算员工离职成本,加班费用和年假管理
- Generate People Information and Report / 制作人事信息报告
- Coop, promoters’ payroll calculation and release / 合作单位,促销小姐工资计算和发放
3 ) WCCP / Safety / WCCP与安全
- Take responsibility for WCCP (General Idea, People and Management pillars)
- training. Monthly review the status, identify gaps, make communication plans and
- coordinate action plans / 负责WCCP项目的培训,每月回顾培训先情况并进行差距分析,制定沟通计划并更新行动计划



Qualifications and Technical competencies required 资历和专业能力要求:

1 ) Education 教育:Bachelor degree and above
2) Experience 经验
- HR generalist experience in FMCG industry for 5+ years 快消品行业5年及以上全面人力资源管理经验
- Team management experience for 2+ years 人力资源团队管理2年及以上经验
3 ) Technical competencies 专业能力: (Job related 与工作相关)
- Good at both English speaking and writing 良好的英文交流能力
- Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint 熟练的办公技能
- Effective communication skills 良好的沟通能力
