Work Assignment and Responsibility:

1.Manage the sales team
2.Training and support the sales person
3.Take lead the sales team to achieve and even over the budget
4.Very good manage key account and projects
5.Good communicate and support functional Dep. e.g. Controlling, SCM, Marketing…
6.Very good team spirit and implement it to all your team members

Experience:
1.Construction experience 8 years or above
2.Or construction chemical experience 5 years or above

Education:
Bachelor and above

Special Requirement:
Good writing, reading in English
