岗位职责：

1、大专以上学历,熟悉电脑应用精通Office办公软件；

2、3年以上人力资源工作经验 ，熟悉HR模块工作；

3、熟悉人力资源系统以及了解劳动合同法及相关人事政策法规的优先考虑；

4、有过独力处理员工劳动关系、薪酬管理等相关工作验验；

5、有一定的财务基础工作处理经验，或者财务相关类专业；

6、较强的责任意识，能善于发现工作中需要改善的地方并努力改善。
