Project Main Features:

？ Back end Order-to-Cash management for global leading consumer goods manufacturer

？ Account receivable for Order released follow predefined process.

？ Communicate with Front end for Order release and clarification.

？ Participate in user acceptance test and business acceptance test when new/revised programs and tools released.

Key Responsibilities:

？ Plan, design, and execute working structure and supporting process with client

？ Serve as primary contact for client project management team

？ Manage people and operation process

？ Be responsible for overall performance and success metrics

？ Participate in all business review meetings with Client country channel managers and APAC HQ management team

Qualification and Skills Metrics:

？ At least 8+ years BPO industry working experience with 3+ years management experience; understanding of business and effective management and communication.

？ Strong sense of customer service, can anticipate customers’ needs and set proper expectation

？ Good command of comprehension and articulation of the English language; proficient in Chinese; proficient in Japanese will be a plus.

？ Good command of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

？ High business acumen with good analytical and problem solving skills

？ Education: Bachelor or equivalent degree holder
