Siebel BA Leader/Manager

Purpose and Objectives:

1.Work on business consulting and planning projects where analysis of situations or data and in-depth evaluation will be required

2.Take a BA leader role for CRM project, and apply advanced subject matter knowledge and methodology to complex business issues

3.Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies

4.Day to day interact with clients to ensure our solutions and services to exceed their expectations

5..Make efforts to increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings for clients

Requirements:

1.More than 8 years of experience in project implementation

2.Knowledge in CRM, Siebel

3.Has the business development experience

4.Can take the BA or project manager role in project

5.Good Communication and presentation skill

6.Strong logic thinking and problem solving capability

7.Good command of English as well as Mandarin

8.Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
