岗位职责：
1、负责物业公司项目部各大业务模块的品质监管工作；
2、涉及安全、环境、工程维护、小型整改、行政服务类工作的标准化巡查、问题反馈、原因分析、改善追踪及效果确认等一系列品质提升类工作；
3、定期完成品质报告，与项目经理一同监督与改善业务绩效。

岗位要求：
1、 中专或高中及以上学历，理科背景优先；
2、有过物业公司相关工作经验者优先；
3、有一定发现问题的意识，同时善于分析，并能跟踪确认。

工资福利：基本工资2000元+月度绩效600-800元+饭贴220元=工资2820-3020元/月，缴纳五险一金，标准比例加班工资，节假日福利；
上班时间：做五休二，每天八小时（8:00-17:30）；
上班地点：南京市雨花台区软件大道101号华为基地，爱玛客项目部。
