一、任职资格
1、具有3年以上车间现场生产或管理工作经验，有大型制造企业车间管理经验者优先；
2、熟知制造行业标准和规范、生产制程及科学的操作规范；
3、具有作业现场人员管理能力,有较强的团队领导力和带动力，能很好的分析问题和解决问题；
4、大专或以上学历，食品类、化工类制药类专业，具有良好的英语读写和沟通能力优先。
5、工作地点在安吉县
1.More than 3 years production related management experience in manufacturing industry company.

二、职位描述
概述：负责生产现场人员的管理，控制生产运行，保证生产计划及时完成，同时确保满足安全、质量、成本控制的要求。

1.根据公司操作规范的管理职责；
2.承担生产工作过程中的安全生产和HSE工作，对违章作业、违章生产负责；监督检查车间员工的工作；
3.负责生产劳动纪律管理，保证准时上班、按时下班，督导员工遵守劳动纪律；负责安排生产分工、工序进度、生产人员调配
4.参与产品质量问题的分析，制定并实施纠正和预防措施；
5. 生产现场成品、半成品是否按规定放在指定区域，废品、废料是否清除现场，放到指定位置，现场是否清洁，是否有混料现象；
6.检查本班生产计划是否按规定完成，各种记录是否完整；设备生产设施运转是否正常；
7.负责直接下属人员的业绩考评和业务指导，对下属人员的工作业绩完成情况进行统计和考核；
8.配合人力资源部做好车间员工考勤及工资核算等事宜；
9.负责领导贯彻生产现场管理，落实公司管理标准；
10、适应三班倒工作。交接班时对本班次生产情况的总结及注意事项等

1.Management responsibilities according to production process manual

6.Check the shift production plan according to regulations are complete, all kinds of records is complete. The equipment production facilities are normal operation;
7.Responsible for the direct the performance of the subordinate personnel assessment.
8.Cooperate with the human resources department employee attendance and salary do workshop accounting issues, etc.
9.Responsible for leading the implement production site management, implement company management standard.
10.Adapt 3 shift working hours.Report the production when handover the shift to the other supervisor.
