职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
? Leader of product marketing responsible for all the product marketing activities in APAC for its Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration & Air Conditioning products. He/She will direct, administer and develop the product marketing activities to support the growth, profitability and market leadership plans in APAC.
? Lead product development as part of the Winovation process. Accountable for delivering innovation strategy, new product roadmap and localization driving regional P&L results.
? Responsible for attracting, developing, and building the product marketing team for APAC.
? Develop after sales support, technical support and superior service capability in APAC.
? Implement promotional activities - product literature, competitor analysis, product application, trade- shows, seminars, advertising, marketing programs etc.
? Maintain up-to-date potential and current customer database.
? Gather & interpret competitive data, conduct periodic market evaluation and recommend action to maintain and increase market penetration.
? Develop and present product training to field sales, customers and end users.
? Establish, maintain and succeed in effective communication with all personnel in APAC and global in a matrix organization
? Work with Business Development Manager to identify category trends and future sources of growth through technologies, platform identification, product categories expansion and geographic expansion. Recommend product portfolio strategy, including product classes to enter, maintain and exit.
? Work collaboratively with business units, divisions and sales companies in a matrix organization to develop go-to-market pricing, strategies, and guardrails to extract maximum value on new and existing products.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
? Degree in Business or Engineering with 8-10 years of proven sales and marketing experience, MBA preferred
? Experience in global MNC environment and good understanding of different markets in APAC
? Solid experience in HVAC&R business in APAC is an advantage
? Experience in translating marketing objectives into strategies and plans
? Proven new product development and market research track record
? Excellent presentation, strong negotiation, and innovative mindset
? Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage and develop a marketing team
? Demonstrated ability to handle tasks and assignments simultaneously, set and work to deadlines and priorities
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
