Job Responsibilities:
- Daily store management, like staff recruitment, training, sales, expense control and inventory management
- Consolidate and prepare different sales reports
- Handling ad hoc projects
- Making monthly and annual sales forecasts and participates in the determination of market potential
- Oversee employees’ needs and indentify the training needs
- Motivate team to members to achieve sales target and maintain high standard of customer service
- Find store needs and propose ideas to enhance the efficiency of overall store operation
- Follow up on routine tasks and monitor the inventory level
Desired Skills & Experience
? Bachelor degree or above
? At least 10 years relevant experience and 5 years in management position
? International luxury fashion brands preferred
? Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
? Fluent in both Mandarin and English
? Familiar with office software
