JD：

Responsibility：

1. Maintenance of data base about cases dealing by technical supporters, and helping monitoring the data coming from the system.
2. Assisting Technical Service Director for daily work with documentation and tracking the status about various case, simple reporting work status.

(DISS query, on-site support, safety case investigation, 3R case technical support status, SBU customer complaint, PCC cases list and so on).

3. Assist in technical service team the fix assets management.
4. Simple translation work between English and Chinese.
5. Assist in damaged part management.
6. Monitoring the tracking list and remind technical supporter following the agenda.
7. Organize distribution materials to Dealer. (CD, announce mail, etc.)

Qualification requirements：

8. Good English skill.
9. College or University education background.
10. More than 1 year’s office work experience.
11. Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
12. Patient in deal with data maintenance work.
13. Good understanding, cooperation attitude and communication skill.
14. Be able to work under pressure and multiple tasks.
