Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
1.Fully involved in the store operation tasks, e.g., On-site Sales, customer service, zoning and etc.
2.As the expert consultant, EBA should fully support in-store Animation event and Beauty Class.
3.Provide the most professional consulting to customers during sales, and demonstrate the Sephora Style make-up service.
4.Involved in the orientation training of JBA/BA by the professional product knowledge and service skill coaching.
5.Be proactively join the company event or competitions, at the same time to improve the total service quality of the store.
Qualifications
1.Have a good health and good temperaments
2.Be studious and positive.
3.Be optimistic and willing to communicate.
4.Team spirits to collaborate
5.Hold passions for cosmetics and fashion industry
6.Diploma degree or above
7.Preference will be given to those who have cosmetics sales and retailing industry experience.
