- To oversee the IT system layout and installation 负责公司IT系统的总体规划和建设

- To establish, maintain and improve the standardized IT system in TSO负责IT标准化的制度完善,执行和监督

- To provide a reliable and secured IT environment for TSO(HQ and SS) by leading the IT team率领公司IT团队维护总部及各油站IT设备及应用系统的正常运营

- To ensure IT System restructure in line with the business development and changes and to provide professional support to meet the requirement of other business units 向公司业务部门提供专业的IT建议和指导

-To conduct survey, implementation and evaluation for the IT project负责公司各项IT项目的调研，实施和评估

任职条件：

-Bachelor degree or above, majored in Computer Science or related field
-5+ years working experience in IT field and at least 3+ years of project management experience, be proficient in IT needs design

-Be familiar with retail business operation .

-Be familiar with SQL, Server,Oracle and database management

-Be familiar with development tools such as C#， VB, NET and Powerbulider
-Be good at interpersonal and communication skills, owning strong teamwork spirit, be self-motivated, Initiative and proactive;
-Be good at English writing and speaking
