About client
Our client is the leading international real estate agency.
Responsibilities
1. To take the ultimate responsibility for the profitability of the business operations of company in local office as forecast in the annual budget.
2. To oversee and direct the business operations of company in local office on a daily basis and to be an integral part of the business planning, development and supervision process. To formulate business strategies to facilitate both increased revenues and the enhanced profitability of the business operations, and, following approval of any proposals by the company Strategic Group or another delegated authority, to implement such strategies.
3. To ensure that resources within the Shared Services and/or Operations group within the office are of a sufficient depth and capability to effectively manage all administrative routines and day-to-day operations within the office, to allow you to concentrate upon generating business and servicing clients.
4. To formulate a long term growth strategy associated with the development of the business operations. As part of this process, to ensure that appropriate infrastructure and intellectual capital is put in place which will facilitate the continued growth of the business operations and which will allow the company to retain a competitive advantage in the long term.
5. To enhance and develop the human and intellectual capital within the company business in local office, via a combination of recruitment, retention, redeployment, performance management and succession planning. You are responsible for ongoing staff relations and the annual staff review process, including the provision of recommendations regarding appropriate remuneration and incentive packages.
Job Requirtments
1. The candidate shall potentially be a future Regional MD for North West China(Shan’xi, Xinjiang, Qinghai, etc.) even now at the beginning, he/she is a local office MD for Xi’an
2. Agency background, prefer Office or Retail background (Retail will be more preferred)
3. Whatever Local/Expat, shall be adaptable to Northern China’s culture, life-style, people interaction for certain period. Prefer the candidate has been working in Northern China for a period
4. Mandarin/English shall be good
