职位描述
Purpose of the position
— To provide effective office administration services to the whole company of LGY
— To align the Office Administration practices with Greater China HR policies and strategies and to maintain efficient systems and processes to support such practice.
Principal responsibilities
— Develop and execute management procedures for office facilities administration, shuttle bus/car , office administration including cleaning service, stationery, mail service and meeting room booking, and visitor/guest management, etc. to effectively support operation of LGY.
— Plan and track the budget of the administration services. Control and review Capex status of LGY.
— Be responsible for administrative suppliers’ management including supplier selection, evaluation, daily management and annual contract negotiation, etc.(e.g. facility vendors, express mail, stationery, shuttle bus, landscaping, security, etc.)
— Be responsible for office’s facilities management – power, Security system, fire system, etc.
— Supervise the company’s security service including the security system and quards.
— Supervise the office safety, monitor the implementation of near misses, safety issues, join in quarterly SHEQ Committee meeting to contribute and implement safety issues.
— Co-organize various employee activities, such as annual party, family day, sports event, employee club, etc.
— Conducts regular survey or collects staff’s feedback on service quality of the vendors and feed back to vendors to take proper actions in a prompt and effective way.
— Other general administration support.
People management/industrial relations
— Liaise with HR for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development.
— Take the leadership for employee development, and building strategic relationships and networks to help achieve the overall business goals.
Local Authorities/Legislative
— Establish and maintain cordial relations with local authorities (where he/she is based)
— Ensure all permit/certificate/license, operation/production related in place/effective, according to standards/regulations.
— Take the role of site coordination with different functions/lines in a site as whole site unit.
IS &L IMSS
— Insure Group IS policy is well implemented and Tracess chapters compile and learning are conformed to the Group's plan.
Key interfaces
— Internally: Centre Platforms, ROC, CSC,NSC, Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Finance Control, HR, IS, PE, TAM
— Externally: Customers, Customs, local authorities, suppliers, contractors etc.
