职位描述
Purpose of the position
Responsible for overall plants/facilities activities of LGY(ASU and other facilities). The mission is to achieve the key performance indicators(KPIs) defined together with technical and operation manager
Take as interface
Principal responsibilities
1. Shift work under Production Manager, assistant to load/unload liquid product with quality monitor.
2. Coordinate the work of plant staff, related department and contractor, achieve the target of KPIs
3. Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality local standards
4. Ensure compliance with the Process Safety standards
5. Investigate and report SHEQ and others loss accident/incident and implement the agreed actions to improvement.
6. Ensure site has effective rule and security arrangement, according to The Linde Group and RGC standards & regulations.
7. Implement all operation procedures and well communicate with ROC while operating.
8. Coordinate site activities of administration, house keeping, green land maintenance, road tank filling, distribution etc
9. Effective products production management according to customer demand in close collaboration with the Remote Operations Centre in Shanghai.
10. Implement the maintenance & spares program & system (integrated into SAP) to safeguard the reliable working conditions of plants at site with Maintenance Team.
11. Ensure PTW and EMOC procedure followed and managed effectively.
12. Liaise with HR for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development.
Key interfaces
— Internally: Operations platform, Remote Operations Centre, SHEQ, ASU Operations team, Distribution, Reliability team , Administration.
— Externally: Government officers, Suppliers, Contractors & Customers.
Required critical behaviours
— Overall knowledge of process, mechanical, electrical, instrument and control systems
— Good analytical and execution
— Code of Conduct.

— Communication skill.

Required key skills (functional/technical)
— SHEQ awareness

Required qualifications/experience
— Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
— At least 3 years experience with ASU production or related engineering.
