Qualification Requirement:

- Diploma degree or above

- Good command of computer skill, e.g MS office, internet etc

- Good command of English and Mandarin

- Driver License is a plus

- Has motor working experience is a plus

Job Duties:

- Daily/ weekly report/ monthly report (internal/ Jebsen DM and PCN)

- Car key management/ import document

- Contract process/ seal and filing / order bank audit

- PDI books collection

- Collection of car arrival check

- Sales policy communication

- Sales status updates/ sales contact/ sales follow up

- Assistance to sales manager in reporting, sales target setting, documentation

- Data check with sales coordinator

- Gifts and selection in the sales contracts

- Individual letter to the customer

- Sales commission data

- Sales board update
