职位描述
Position: HR Manager
Report to: BU GM
Report to: China HRD
Subordinates: 2
Position Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide the appropriate number and categories of personnel who possess the skills, experience and motivation necessary to enable the company to achieve its objectives.
2. Organize and carry out internal promotions or transfers, and the recruitment and selection of new employees on behalf of management, so as to fill vacancies with highly competent and motivated people.
3. Maintains organizational staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing procedures; counseling management team on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews, and recommending changes.
4. Develop, recommend and administer human resources policies and programs for Company that supports the achievement of Company and corporate goals and objectives.
5. Ensure all human resources programs, policies and decisions conform to company’s standards so as to strengthen and protect the image of company.
6. Recommend and assist Company management and BU in developing and maintaining an effective organizational structure and management process that is flexible enough to respond to the changing requirements of the Group such as career and succession planning.
7. Assesses effectiveness of organization structure by studying clarity of mission, strategy, objectives, priorities, division of work, and accountabilities.
8. Resolves organization problems by presenting and evaluating options;
9. Guiding decisions; and recommending courses of action.
10. Provide guidance, recommendations and support to Company management in all human resources matters.
11. Closely works with China Corporate or Group HR coworkers team to participate surveys and studies in the local area in order to develop, recommend, and implement equitable and competitive compensation and benefit structures.
12. Administer the job evaluation program in order to relate each position to values that are equitable to other positions in the company and to similar positions in the competitive labor market. Administer all benefit programs in accordance with the corporate practices and procedures to assure conformity and cost objectives are met.
13. Provide the Company with employee training and development programs in order to develop existing personnel to their full potential for obtaining established performance standards.
14. Deeply involved in the Performance Management Process and talent review program, prepare and monitor the related processing.
15. Develop and maintain an effective human resources information system that informs and supports management in all human resources matters.
16. Develop effective communications programs such as employee opinion polls, input groups to assure employee motivation, participation and activities.
17. Carry out an active role in promoting and representing Company in outside professional activities. Maintain contact with outside sources to ensure human resources activities are competitive and consistent with industry practice, maintain an active role in community and governmental affairs to promote and represent Company.
18. Develop, recommend, and implement industrial relations practices that will provide a positive work environment in order to maintain/improve management/employee relations and continue Company operations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree and above
2. Minimum 8 years related overall HR experience in multi-national company plus at least 4 years at HR Manager‘s role to lea HR team to support business needs
3. Familiar with the manufacture environment
4. Solid knowledge in labor law and relevant local law & regulation
5. Good command of both written and spoken English
6. Sufficient experience and well developed communication / presentation skills
