职位描述
1. Understand the business situation & perspectives, check & control headcount budget, follow
recruitm ent plan from management
2. Optimize the recruitment criteria, regulation, and process
3. Plan and schedule recruitment advertisement to be placed in various channels and monitor the results
and its effectiveness
4. Hands on approach to all stages of the recruitment lifecycle: dealing with the requisition process,
carrying out interviews, developing relationships and liaising with Managers and Team Leaders,
scheduling of interviews, handling the rejection and offer process, prepare employment contracts and
reference checks, etc.
5. Conduct the recruitment cases with high quality by required time line
6. Build network/connection with universities to handle MT Recruitment
7. Work with HR teams for recruitment projects to reach a wise and efficient hiring solution
8. Track and report hiring statistics for improvement of recruitment process & performance
9. Keep him/herself updated to latest trend of recruitment channels
10. Participate in any related ad hoc project or assignment
11. Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Expected Experiences
4 – 12 years in human resources experience, fashion retail industry background is preferred but not a
must

2. Excellent cross function communication and interpersonal skills
3. Initiative, detail-focus, and result orientation
4. Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity

7. De vise appropriate method to address business and recruitment challenges based on understanding of
internal and external environment and business direction
