职位描述
Responsibility:
Under the direction and initiatives from Regional Group IT,this position main focus is to support mission critical application at the plant and provide technical services to plant connectivity(LAN/WAN.Server),collaboration,client computing(Office equipment)while working with HP helpdesk.
The personnel will work collaboratively with key users/super users to trouble shoot issues surfaced from the application.He/She will act as a facilitator for the key user community group.This position will also act as tier 1 helpdesk support for the application system at the plant to record the incidents and work closely with IT application teams to troubleshoot and resolve the problems.
The personnel needs to educate the plant users on the right govemance and process on the application and IT space.
The personnel also requires to work closely with HP helpdesk agents(Tier1)to troubleshoot and resolve the IT problems for all users in the plant.
Perform duties,with little supervision,utilizing knowledge and skills commensurate with the requirement of the position and uses interpersonal skills to train and aid in problem resolution for all systems.
This position must also demonstrate some key characteristics of JCI model,including demonstrating integrity,drves accountability,customer focus and drive for results.This position requires a strong self-starter who can deliver consistently at a tactical level and be proactive and take initiatives to look for opportunities for continuous improvements and being innovative.
Requirement:
Technical Experience:
-Experience with QAD(MFG/Pro) or other application is a requirement.
-Experience supporting using ERP Systems in Manufacturing and Distribution.
-Bar-Code solution in the shop floor is a plus.
-Knowledge of Windows 2003 operating environments a plus.
-Experience with Microsoft Products,Lotus Notes and Symantec Suites
Education:
-Bachelor's degree in Business,MIS or comparable field
-3-5 years of work experience in a similar position to support plant in MNC environment
-2-3 years of experience in similar position.
-English/Chinese speaking skills in a must
Environment:
-Operating Systems-Windows OS,
-Desktop-MS Office,MS Project,Power Point,Lotus Notes Suite,Symantec Suite
-Internet/Intranet
Working Conditions:
-Located in the manufacturing plant,
-Occasional night time and weekend support may be required
