职位要求：
1. able to lead, train, guide the team and be a leader.
2. experience in sourcing/purchasing from supplier.
3. ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
4. project management experience will be preferred.
5. experience of sourcing/purchasing of electrical and mechanical parts will be preferred.
6. good communication and negotiation skill.
7. you will work together with oversea supplier / customer, so good written and oral English is necessary.
8. able to work together with other departments against a common target.


职位沟通要点：
1. be in charge for purchasing and material handling for the 1st plant.
2. have a team that consists of 2 buyers as your subordinates.
3. work closely together with Sales department and complete calculations with the best available material cost for new projects.
4. work closely together with planning department and make sure all materials are available for production on time.
5. continuously improve agreements with supplier regarding price, lead time and payment terms.
6. take part in supplier approval process and evaluate supplier together with quality department.
7. be in charge for all purchase and supplier information in ERP system.
8. work together with other factory’s in other countries for sourcing from or to China.
