岗位职责:
? Provide guidance to through partnership with site HR on key compensation & benefits processes to serve business needs, and in line with the overall business plan
? Review and maintain the existing compensation and benefit policies and process to ensure the external competitiveness and internal equity
? Manage the annual salary planning, daily pay recommendation and expatriate coordination
? Prepares and controls overall C&B budgets.
? Interacts with external consultants and government agencies.
? Responsible for any ad-hoc analysis and projects
任职资格的具体描述:
? Minimum Requirements: Bachelor/University degreein Human Resources or related discipline.
? Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of related experience. Consulting backgroundpreferred
? Knowledge of trends and developments in compensation& benefits in China.
? Knowledge and experiences in management and development of base salary, variable pay and benefit programs. Knowledge and experiences in expatriate management and PeopleSoft preferred.
? Strong analyticalcapability on total compensation and benefits elements.
? Ability to gather, analysis and draw well-reasoned conclusion
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
