Executive Assistant, Export Finance
Job Description
? Manage Business Heads calendar, travel plan, schedule appointments and receive visitors, answer telephone calls and take messages
? Schedule and arrange meetings, events or conferences by preparing the facilities
? Handles and maintain important information letters, reports and document s in good record
? Daily expenses reimbursement
? Composes letters and takes minutes during meetings
? General administrative duties including typing, scanning, faxing and courier handling
? Liaise with bother internal and external customers
? Translation and interpretation upon request
? Other duties when need arises
? Travel arrangements including requisition, flight booking and hotel reservation
? Coordinate bank cars for intra-city business trips
?
Job Requirement
? University graduate or above
? Good command of spoken and written English, overseas education background will be plus
? One year or above working experience as secretary to support team
? Analytical mind, good organization and presentation skill.
? Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision
? Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, etc.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills in liaising with different business lines.
