Responsible for all import materials / equipments / spare parts and others.

§ Efficient communicate with buyers and suppliers for contract, invoice and other shipping documents so as to ensure all supporting documents are compliant with the request of Customs and relevant government dept.

§ Look up the correct HS codes according to the information of materials/equipments/spare parts.

§ Maintain good contacts and sound relations with related government, such as Customs and CIQ.

§ Keep abreast of latest laws and government regulations and policies regarding Customs and CIQ.

§ Closely work with approved agency for day-to-day work related to Customs declaration & clearance and CIQ.

§ Apply for relevant certificates of all import materials, such as 2^nd hand equipment import registration, pre-inspection application, O certificate, 3C exemption certificate, and MOFCOM, etc.

§ Following up the payment for the import duty, freight, and other inland charges.

§ Arrange and accompany with the CIQ officer to perform the onsite inspection.

§ Records for the whole import process of all import materials and documents filing.

§ Handle import project closely with related function dept., Customs and approved agency.

Requirements:

§ University degree

§ Over 3 years of relevant experience in multinational companies, preferable in food industry

Experience on import equipment and spare part is preferable.

§ Require possessing good inter-personal and communication skill, as well as negotiation and problem solving skills.

§ Sense of urgency and cost saving is also required.

§ Be able to speak and write English

§ Computer operation skills
