Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Report to: Maintenance Manager
地点：奉贤 提供班车
Summary:
Take in charge of equipment maintenance and management, formulate the preventive maintenance plan and record, manage the spare parts.
New equipment acceptance test, guide the maintenance technicians to complete complex maintenance work and prepare the project for equipment overhaul.Discuss the problems in the use process of the equipment with the maintenance managerand make some improvement plan.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Electrical equipment repairing and maintenance.
2. Provide the best solution of technique and process. Improve the equipment drawings and related technical documentation.
3. New equipment acceptance test. Assist the installation company to deal with electrical fault and other related technical problems.
4. Technical guidance and support in production site. Give the solution.
5. To solve technical problems and estimate the cost and time.
6. Management of existing electrical spare parts list, make safety stock.
7. Skills training for maintenance team member and workers.
Qualifications:
Education:
？ College degree or above, major in electrical or automatic control and relative.
Experience:
？ 5+ years of working experience in electricalequipment maintenance field
Knowledge / Ability / Skill:
？ Familiar with Siemens PLS (eg, S7, S200, S300 …),the working performance of frequency converter and the associated drive products.
？ Familiar with electrical wiring, control cabinet design, debugging. Various types of electrical components (eg. PLC, circuit breaker, contactor) performance.
？ Familiar with the working principle, equipment performance, structure of complete set of equipment.
？ Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills.
？ Good English Skill.

2. 提供最佳的技术及工艺解决方案，完善现有的设备图纸及相关技术文档；

4. 生产现场的技术指导和支持，并提供问题解决方案；
5. 解决技术问题并估算成本和时间；
6. 管理现有的电气备件清单，并作好安全库存；

任职资格：
教育背景:
？ 电气或自动控制相关专业专科以上学历。
经验:
？ 5年以上电气设备管理和维修相关工作经验。拥有工程师职称者优先。
知识技能:
？ 熟悉Siemens系列PLC，变频器及相关驱动类产品的工作性能；
？ 熟悉电气布线、控制柜设计、调试，各类电器部件（如PLC、断路器、接触器等）工作性能；
？ 熟悉成套设备的工作原理、性能、结构；
？ 有较强的责任心,良好团队协作和沟通能力；
？ 有良好的英语交流能力者佳。
