职位描述
Reports to: Sr. Country HR Manager
Summary of Role: To implement HR Strategies aligned to the business plan within facility. To develop, implement and maintain a full HR service, encompassing employment and performance management issues, recruitment, development and compensation and benefits.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To support Site Manager in achieving business goals via various HR functions such as staffing, training and development etc.
2. Optimise HR system and policies with the assistance from Corporate HR.
3. Manage trade union.
4. To advise all Managers/Supervisors on all aspects of Employment Law and the implications of their actions.
5. To ensure all Health and Safety legislation is complied with
6. To ensure the plant complying with corporate Human Resource requirements, policies and procedures
7. To assist with the development of a Company Training Plan and ensure all training carried out is in line with business goals.
8. To ensure all employees are provided with the necessary support whilst on company business ( both at home and abroad )
9. To ensure an appropriate communication channel is maintained, evaluated and developed.
10. To ensure all relevant policies are implemented and adhered to.
11. To continually evaluate costs within the business and implement cost savings.
12. To implement any changes to benefits and ensure they are in line with corporate guidelines.
13. To administer the Company Benefit schemes.
14. To manage all recruitment and selection processes within the company.
15. To ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time
16. To manage the Human Resources Department activities and ensure their targets and goals are continually evaluated in line with business needs.
Qualification:
? Bachelor degree and above
? 10+ years of HR experiences and 5+ years of supervisory experiences in manufacturing.
? Experiences with trade union
? Proactive and optimistic
? A good role model in integrity
? Details focus
? People oriented.
? Excellent communication skill
