岗位职责：
1、全面负责大型项目工程管理方面工作；
2、负责协调设计、施工、监理三方的工作，编制工程施工计划书，并监督协调施工过程；

3、建立和谐的工作环境，确保项目开发计划的有效实施；
4、组织工程建设招标，牵头编制招标计划，制定相应的管理制度和管理办法，并有效实施，保证工程进度；
5、负责组织、协调、跟踪、推进工程进度，组织质量检查，确保项目的工期和质量；
6、负责工程竣工后，项目公司与物业公司的交接，协调配合工程结算工作,配合物业公司组织施工单位的保修工作。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，建筑工程专业或其他相关专业，中高级职称；
2、对房地产工程管理各个环节有深刻了解和独到见解，专业知识全面，能够解决各专业工程问题；
3、具有8年以上相关工作经验，作为项目工程负责人全程操作过至少两个20万平米以上项目的工作经验，在工程管理、成本控制等方面具有成熟的管理经验；
4、熟悉设计、规划、配套、施工等业务流程，掌握建筑、结构、材料和现场施工监控要点；
5、熟悉相关的各类法律、法规，有良好的市场敏感度和较强的公关、社交能力和谈判技巧；
6、有良好的沟通、协调、判断、决策、计划能力及较强的执行能力，责任心、事业心强。

ABP (China) Holdings Group is a wholly-owned investment group of Dauphin Holdings Group Co., Ltd. in the Asia-Pacific region, dedicating to researching, exploring and practicing Headquarters Economic theory. It is also a comprehensive international investment enterprise, investing in, developing and operating Headquarters Economy eco-zone basing on the model of ABP.
