岗位职责：

1、参与项目投资、定位、设计各阶段成本测算；

2、设计阶段提出限额设计和成本控制建议；

3、参与制定营销策划费、广告制作费、销售代理费、售楼处、样板间等销售费用的成本控制指标；

4、参与编制项目目标成本；

5、协同设计、工程管理等部门进行安装设计、施工措施、材料设备等方面的方案优化工作

6、参与招投标，编制或审核预算清单，审核招标文件中的经济条款。

7、审核项目的设计变更、现场签证费用，签署造价评审意见；

8、审核工程进度款付款申请，审核工程进度报量；

9、收集、整理项目有关成本信息，对超出目标成本控制范围内的支出进行审核并向部门经理汇报，提出预警；

10、督促、办理竣工结算，审核结算资料。

任职资格：

1、具备5年以上相关工作经验，并具备3年以上房地产项目成本管理经验；

2、注册造价工程师优先；

3、年龄28-35岁，有责任感，做事原则性强，稳重，能承受巨大的工作压力；

4、熟悉国家、地区、房地产行业关于工程造价的相关政策法规、规范等；

5、掌握房地产行业安装成本管理专业知识，了解安装工程管理和设计管理基本知识；

6、熟悉本地房地产行业基本成本信息；

ABP (China) Holdings Group is a wholly-owned investment group of Dauphin Holdings Group Co., Ltd. in the Asia-Pacific region, dedicating to researching, exploring and practicing Headquarters Economic theory. It is also a comprehensive international investment enterprise, investing in, developing and operating Headquarters Economy eco-zone basing on the model of ABP.
