职位描述
Purpose of the Job
Support daily operation of Beijing Expatriate Team, and assist on relevant issues regarding expat international assignment and internal expat management.
Take the role for HR Admin for local staff.
Organisational Reporting
Direct report to HR Supervisor, Expatriate Management, AES.
Functional report to HR Supervisor, HR Admin, AES.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operation process related to immigration and relocation. Such as lease contract checking and distribution, immigration documents preparation etc.
- Prepare the payment application to insurance company, school, shipping company, landlord, Chinese language school, etc.
- Assist on the orientation to new comers as well as the assistance to the new on-board issues, such as IT assets, Local bank account opening instruction, etc.
- Prepare employees local contract, work certificate and other related HR certified documents.
- Maintain the employee data in varies HR systems and lists, such as ALPS, Platinum, PMX, E-Leave, insurance lists, Home Leave, EGI, Schooling, Apt and immigration etc., and ensure its accuracy and timely update.
- Maintain the employee relevant files, such as personal, contractual and C&B files etc.
- Assist on the apt/school deposit refunding issues.
- Support HR admin supervisor for HR project
- Daily operation support for HR Admin BJ
- Contact vendor for EE data update and payment
- Backup for other colleagues in HR Admin team
Educational Requirements
University graduate
Technical Knowledge / Experience
· 1-2 years experience in HR Operation
· Skilled in Word, Excel, PPT and Lotus Notes,
