职位描述
Purpose of the position
? Work as the internal consultant within China Mainland and HK to provide coaching and support on reporting quality management according to Linde IFRS and statutory requirement(PRC GAAP, taxation, etc)
? Roll out the regional HPO programme to achieve global HPO annual target and internal control requirement
? Design and monitor SSC performance measurement tool to detect deficiency with solid solution
? Setup the interface table with cross functional team to ensure smooth accounting operation of new business/entities
Principal responsibilities
1. Process optimization:
? Assist Accounting Controller in continuously improving General Accounting processes focusing on simplification, standardization, quality improvement.
? Work with the team to ensure quality of SAP monthly end closing, Flash report, GSR report, Treasury report, quarterly report, LIFT full package.
? Monitor BS review and account reconciliation to ensure accounting & reporting quality per requirement
? Performs analytical review of financial records and reports to detect irregularities, error or variances.
? Design the related process to reduce repetitive work to improve work efficiency
2. HPO project:
? Work with global HPO team and regional accounting team to setup the HPO target with implementation plan by SMART principle
? Roll out regional HPO project to ensure the HPO target achievement per global requirement.
? Perform HPO sub-process assessment with scientific testing method and prepare periodical analysis report
? Collect HPO evidence to get approval from GPO
3. Performance management:
? Design and maintain reporting dashboard to manage the reporting quality
? Summarize the reporting issue log and accounting errors and share with team for continuous improvement
? Setup and analyze SLA achievement status and KPI status with solid solutions
? Coordinate the performance target setting within SSC accounting team
4. Interface with cross function teams and coaching finance team members
？ Coordinate with cross function team to maintain effective interface table to ensure data collection quality
？ Coach SSC accounting team & joint venture finance team as the internal consultant
？ Conduct daily accounting operation & internal control management of the new business/entities till smooth migration to GA team members
？ Other accounting support assignment
Required qualifications/experience
? Above 5 years accounting experience with at least 2 years at GL function
? Accounting degree and recognised general accounting qualification
? Sound SAP knowledge and scanning technology
? Knowledge and understanding of General Accounting and accounting functions.
