Responsibility

Provide end-to-end recruiting service to regional sales team

Independently manage hiring process and partner with regional BHR team whenever needed

Conduct direct sourcing by utilizing all available sourcing tools and techniques.

Attract, interview, and select candidate as per job requirements Promote Mondelez China EVP through the recruitment process.

Propose & deliver offer to candidates following internal process.

Provide professional and independent view and advice to the hiring manager in the recruiting process

Engage with hiring manager with key local talent market information update and regular hiring status report

Manage healthy work relationship with key internal stakeholder.

Make basic recruitment data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

At least 4 years of recruitment experience in either agency or corporate; blended agency and corporate recruiting experience is preferred

FMCG industry background and sales hiring experience is preferred

Proficient sourcing, interview and selection skill

Experienced in managing and delivering high volume hire

Experienced in working in a matrix organization

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Familiar with applicant tracking system

Able to make basic recruiting data reporting and analysis
