职位描述:
1、负责分配的顾客组合的总体营业额的定性增;
2、有系统的、具前瞻性的积极地推动所分配客户的销售、利润和客户份额;
3、主动地开发暂时不在我们顾客组合上,但能够为未来增长作贡献的顾客;
4、跟商场内的店内销售人员、专员和管理团队以及其他同事有良好的工作互动,积极地进行交流和信息分享以提高顾客的购买;
5、为商场成功地执行并完成相关目标顾客群活动;
6、通过参与行业协会、外部活动、顾客恳谈会或其他的相关活动;
7、通过能够增加采购商品多样性的有效的顾客沟通来提升销售,在总体目标内对每个分配的顾客取得更高的客户份额;
8、清楚每个顾客的消费,寻找机会和有一个清晰的战略通过一对一的拜访来增加销售;

岗位要求:
1、大学本科以上学历,38岁以下,有市场营销、企业管理专业背景者为佳;
2、有独立中西餐馆或快速消费品行业2-3年的销售经历,有客户资源者优先;
3、具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系,良好的客户服务意识;
4、优秀的沟通技能和理解能力,出众的谈判能力;
5、出色的市场分析、推广能力和销售意识,能独立开拓管理客户;
6、较强的陌生客户拓展能力及挖掘能力,能承受较大的工作压力;
7、良好的中英文书写及语言表达能力,电脑操作熟练。

Job description/Responsibilities

? Achieve sales volume and performance in assigned customers; Respond to customer request in a timely manner, effectively manage customer expectations.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision makers, Brand & market research, make analyze of the market to find potential customers, Maintain existing customer relationship & providing market intelligent as a result to further secure existing customers & develop new sales potentials.
? According to business development strategies, looking for, mining and developing business partner, maintain and manage all kinds of resources and partnership.
? Provide best possible service to clients and promote the establishment of long-term relationship to ensure a sound and profitable future client base. Keep abreast of market & industry trends, competitors and leading principals’ strategies.
? Prepare and implement short and medium-term marketing and sales plan and budget to meet company objectives of growth, market share and profitability.

? Monitor and report market trends, technical developments, competitor activities and legislative requirements in order to identify opportunities for future growth of the company.
? Coordinate and assist the Management & Principles to formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand sales in the region.

Requirements:
? Bachelor and above degree, marketing/sales and corporate management experience is preferred
? Above 2~3 years sales experience in retail industry, develop and maintain client skills is an advantage
? Excellent communication and negotiate skills, fully understand clients’ needs.
? Excellent market analyze ability and sales sense, can BD client independently
? Can work under pressure
? Excellent Chinese and English verbal and written skills and communication skills, excellent in Microsoft office.
? Self motivated and High level of customer service
