职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1. Set up the shared service team
2. Set up all the process, procedure and policy for the shared service team, make sure of efficient and accurate accounting work
3. Take over all the accounting work from outsourced accounting team
4. Monitor and control the quality of the transaction performs by the shared service team
5. Analyzing financial data and business KPI to identify key issues and make appropriate decisions
6. Build effective working relationship with other finance function and operation teams
7. Be responsible for account reconciliation preparation and review with market finance to make proper adjustments and ensure accounting record is fairly stated
8. Support market finance on any ad-hoc reporting requirements, data collection, inquiries reply
9. Support on internal/external audit
10. Support on New SAP implementation
11. People management: hiring, training, performance review, people development etc.
Requirements:
Education / Experience
1. +BA Degree with Finance or Accounting background
2. +10 years finance or accounting working experience in Multinational Company
3. +5 years working experience in shared service team
4. +8 years working experience for people management
5. Special Knowledge
6. Familiar with ERP system – SAP
Skill
1. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
2. Work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
3. Possess substantial people management experience
4. Confidence to deal comfortably with senior leadership across the business & department
