Requirements:
Education / Experience
University degree or above in science (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical, Food etc.)
5 years working experiences in the laboratory with at least of 3 years management experiences

Good communication skill both in English and Chinese
Major Responsibilities:
Lead a team of micro laboratory in providing prompt microbiological services to support production activities
Ensure that scheduled testing and release activities are completed in a timely manner and provide test data on finished products and environmental monitoring for effective trending of product quality
Ensure proper investigation and documentation of non-compliance or out-of-specification situations regarding any testing conducted in the laboratory
Ensure proper documentation (e.g. change control, data traceability) and integrity of data, calculations and results reporting in accordance with GMP and GLP requirements
Maintain the laboratory facilities and instrument to set standards
Provide oversight on plant hygiene maintain and microbial issues resolution
Lead the team to transit smoothly to future process according to the schedule
As manager in general, has the accountability to:
-- build a professional, high efficient and strategic fit team to achieve the targets
-- resource planning for routine and long term development
-- coach, develop the team and the talent
-- help maintain SHE culture within the team
Education / Experience
