SQE Engineer


? Working with RMA Lab for Incoming inspection defect analysis
? Supplier PPM and RMA PPM Tracking
? Supplier corrective action tracking
? Involve in new part /new supplier development
? Supplier quality improvement and management.
？ Routine process audit and review
？ Process improvement (parameter ,tooling ,fixture etc.) to prevent defect
？ Quality system audit


Describe Desired Background/Experience

? Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material
? 5 years or above working experience in mechanical area
? Casting or machining experience is preferred
? Supplier quality management experience is preferred
? Good communication skill to work with internal and external parties
? Good communication skill in English
? Good knowledge at quality system
? Take initiative and self-motivated
