职位描述
Key Job Responsibility：
1. Assist to establish P2P accounting team and work procedure
2. During TSA, assist on P2P daily work. Work with GFS to ensure smooth month-end closing
3. After TSA, manage daily P2P work, perform month end close work
4. Lead team to take over P2P accounting work from outsourced accounting team
5. Control the accounting record quality prepared by P2P team members
6. Analyzing financial data and business KPI to identify key issues and make appropriate decisions
7. Build effective working relationship with other finance function and operation teams
8. Be responsible for balance sheet account reconciliation preparation and review with market finance to make proper adjustments and ensure BS is fairly stated
9. Support market finance on any ad-hoc task requirements
10. Support on internal/external audit
11. Support on New SAP implementation
12. People management: hiring, performance review, people development
Education / Experience
1. BS or BA Degree with Finance, Accounting or Economic field
2. +5 years related working experience in Multinational Company
3. +3 years related working experience in P2P accounting process
4. +2 years related working experience in Finance shared service team
5. +1 years working experience for people management
Special Knowledge
1. Familiar with ERP system – SAP and with experience in AP function
Skill
1. Fluent English in Oral and Written
2. Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT
3. Good Communication Skill
4. Team sprit
5. Attention to details
6. Willing to grow
