Area PGP Sales Manager 瓶装气业务区域销售经理

Requirements:

Bachelor degree preferred in sales, marketing, finance, or technical discipline; MBA also desirable
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in field sales and/or sales management
Track record of successful delivery in a related sales discipline
Experience in the gas industry, chemical or other industrial manufacturing industry is essential
Experience in market segment, segmentation and channel management preferred
Demonstrated track record of proficient coaching, mentoring or team management experience

Role Description:

To coach, mentor and lead area PGP sales teams to achieve or exceed sales plans and drive profitable sales growth for packaged gases and services ;
To own and execute the area sales strategy, deliver new business and profitability targets for the sales team within specified geographic area;
To collaborate with and directly support various enabling functions within organization to support sales strategies;
To share sales and sales management best practices across the organization to enable delivery of business growth targets;
