Responsibilities:
？Development new products
？Colour matching and development
？Customer service and trouble shooting
？Raw material evaluation
？Carry out test and evaluation assigned by manager
？Collect & analyse the samples of competitor's
？Other duties as required
？Set up database of technical parameter
？Collect standards & test methods of functional powder coatings
？Instruments maintenance
Requirements:
？Bachelor degree and above , with Polymer Chemistry/chemical engineering major.
？Above 2~3 years experience in coating industry, preferably powder coating
？Initiative, responsibility and teamwork
？Good English (reading, writing and speaking)
？Good PC skills and command of MS Office application
？Good communication skills
？Creative thinking ability
