Duties & Responsibilities 岗位职责
? Oversee the Operations in Changzhou plant
? To implement process improvement, new layout and overall production efficiency
? Assess the efficiency & effectiveness of internal relating to operational processes
? Ensure the plant operations meet the financial budget;
? Work with Singapore team to ensure all practices relating to production are compliance to corporate policies
? Accountable for Safety, Cost, Quality, Efficiency of the full production floor;
? Review and monitor loosely all plant equipment and system to minimize unplanned downtime and to identify opportunities for improvement;
? Ensure the production team compliance with clean room discipline, GDP, GMP and also corporate policies
? Ensure the production team understand the quality requirements and produce high standard quality products.

Requirements 岗位要求
? Degree in Engineering with minimum 5-8 years of experiences in a medical device environment
? Familiar with GMP, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
? Good technical knowledge in process, production equipment and machinery is essential
? Familiar with Lead Manufacturing Concept
? Able to write and converse well in English
