职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
- To achieve hiring target in time with proper process in line with country HR policy
- Vendors management and development
- Develop more recruitment channels to ensure cost efficiency
- To train local hiring managers to improve interview skills
- To implement other recruitment initiatives led by country locally;
2. Employee Relationship
- Effectively instill the Customer Centric Culture in each level;
- Communicate Biz strategy with biz department and HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement level in local
- Co-work with country ER Manager to implement ER policies and initiatives locally
3 Talent & Development management and Performance Management
- Local support to performance management process
- Local support to talent review process
- Local support to training including training curriculum completion tracking and delivering training courses upon country plan
- Cooperate with country T&D team in talent development initiatives and PM initiatives
4 HR Administration
- To ensure payroll accuracy and timely completion
- Report the latest labor law or local government regulation and make suitable proposal to avoid compliance risk
- Ensure local social benefits execution in line with the law and China HR policy
- Timely communication with biz leaders and employees to enhance mutual understanding of C&B related policies, process, etc.
5. Team management and up-skilling
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor and above
2. majored in HR management, psychology preferable
3. At least 5-year of HR management experience
4. Proven HR management experience in managing large business volume in WOFE, JV multi-national companies;
5. experience with change management, centralization management model preferable and call-center management.
6. Solid skills and sense in full HR functions management.
7. Independent competence to deal with ambiguity from local side
