Media/ research educational background; Master degree on media research is advantaged

Rich experience of 4A media Agency or international media research Agency

Experience on managing a middle scale team

Basic knowledge on branding and creative work

Good statistic, analysis and reporting capability

Good communication skill

Responsibility:

- Development of advertising strategy which include of media planning and buying strategy, creative media strategy and media research.

- Collaboration with regional offices to align media and advertising strategy by leveraging local insights and intelligence

- Development of media plan based on aligned media strategy

- Lead media team to execute aligned media plan efficiently

- Work with research team on building a system of measurement from single media buying to cross-platform media campaign, from traditional media to new media

- Management of creative material. Providing professional opinion on the best synergy of creative content and media channel

- Support other business units on development and execution of advertising and media campaign

- Develop a reporting system to facilitate knowledge and information sharing in real time

- Grow the team
