职位描述:
1. Provide overall leadership to build the Road Map and Milestones to improve product quality to achieve 1% 'Quality First' initiative for all product categories;
2. Drive continuous improvement in product quality, reduce SIR and TCQ in the China market:
liaise with internal and external parties including Engineering, Sales Organization, Service, Factories (OEM, we and IJV), transportation company and cooperator quality functions to prevent, detect and drive quality issues to closure;
3. Share best practices with other our Functions.

Head of the Quality department:

1. lead a team of quality staffs liaising with external and internal functions to drive quality issues to its closure;
2. Track and identify quality trend in the field (e.g. SIR trend, TCQ), and act promptly to feedback and drive resolution to these issues;
manage field containment activities where necessary;
3.Devise road map and execution plan to drive long term 'Quality First' initiative that will reduce SIR to <1%;
4. Define quality target for the factory and OEM, monitor continuous improvement projects;
5. Submit and present periodic reports to senior management team and other our organizations, as chairman for regular quality review (QDT);
6. Support the factories to develop its quality system in order to allow better control and predictability of its products;
7. Conduct regular factory and warehouse audits to verify product quality;
8. Frequently communicate with other quality organization of us to share best practices on quality tools.
