The GM will report directly to the Rescue Executive Director of the Company and will be in charge of:
? maintaining and developing the good relationships with our clients
? developing sales and profit in China by monitoring and initiating the innovations required
? developing and optimizing our distribution network
? managing and developing the people in China Company (Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Service)
? managing the internal processes and leading the overall performance of the Company (Front Office and Back Office)
? bringing permanent new ideas and continuous improvement spirit in order to help the company to grow and become very effective quickly in China
T he Successful Applicant
With a Bachelor or Master’s degree in business and/or mechanical engineering, the ideal candidate has a previous 5 years experience at least in a similar role, with major responsibilities in Sales and good knowledge of technical products, or very good technical affinities.
Manager with high entrepreneurial skills and natural authority in leading the company and dealing with employee matters.
Excellent knowledge of the English is required.
Willing to learn basic Mandarin at least.
The successful applicant should be familiar with Chinese culture and/or Chinese market.
Frequent travels to Europe and across China are an essential prerequisite.
Experience in building, expanding and maintaining a professional level dealer network is advantage.
