职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for developing and implementing the company's production control functions including any of the following activities, master scheduling, production planning /coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, manufacturing performance reporting and make sure on time delivery.
2. Approves quantities, schedules and parts lists provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete ordering, as well as receipt and issuance of production material requirements.
3. Responsible for planning, reviewing, and developing production procedures and personnel.
4. May coordinate activities with materials function using enterprise resource planning systems.
5. Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance and process procedures.
6. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Requirements:
? BS/BA degree and equivalent, major in Science Engineering or Supply Chain relevant
? 5 or more years of related experience, with CM (Contract Manufacturer) management experience is an advantage.
? Fluent verbal English is a must.
? In-depth knowledge and understanding of I2 and SAP system, knowledgeable for supply chain planning knowledge include CPFR, supply response, Material Master and capacity planning.
? Strong sense of ownership and always drive for result, must have proven ability to coordinate with multiple teams to achieve complex task.
? Open minded, quick leaner and be able to adapt to fast moving, dynamic environment.
