Main Responsibility:

？ To manage the lab team
？ To install, set up and monitor new laboratory equipment installation.
？ To define and install the laboratory and life tests complete monitoring solution for the testing parameters setting up and the records.
？ To define specific test software, test hardware and mechanical fixture or jig for new products and projects.
？ To assist the project managers and lab technicians on the testing, follow up and result analysis.
？ To ensure the laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.
To help clarification and documentation of all testing methods and procedures in mini "QNE-Methodology book" with pictures, flowcharts, videos, demonstrations in order to communicate with the team, supplier and outside labs for assistance.
Qualification:

？ Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical etc;
？ At least 5 years experience in managing a Small and Domestic Appliances laboratory, with life test room.
？ Having extensive experience of Lab equipment selection and lab installation and maintenance.
？ Familiar with program and test software, analog/digital acquisition and management data.
？ Fluent in English and Mandarin and excellent in English writing.
