Key Job Responsibility
?Provide leadership in managing plant production unit, QRO, and plant engineering unit to produce product and volume according to business plan.
?Lead plant in continuous improvement in cost, quality, customer service, safety and environment and system performance.
?Lead all efforts in identify system, people and process improvement opportunity to drive productivity progress in the plant.
?Coach plant leadership in start up, planning, budgeting and training and acting as key focal point for communication progress to achieve start up objective as well as operation performance.
?Facilitate best practice and activities in the plant to ensure product safety and highest quality standard.
?Ensure that our facility and finished products meet the company and government standards of quality, sanitation and safety
?Work with headquarter SC technical resource to introduce new technology and innovation.
?Ensure the proper selection, training, development and motivation of plant employee to maximize current and future performance
?Create an environment where all employees are encourage & developed to reach their potential
Education /Experience/Capability Request
?possess a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field
?10+ years in manufacturing or plant-based Supply Chain role in multinational company with focus on production and engineering, at least three or four years of middle or senior management experience.
?Certification or experience with TPM, Lean, Six-Sigma or a related Continuous Improvement approach
?Strong leadership including the ability to implement change and resolve conflict
?Good communication and listening skills both in Chinese and English throughout all level
?Action oriented and strong problem analytical and solving ability
?Passionate with continuous improvement or innovation project
?Mature and stable personality, willing to relocate for career development
?Clear standards of personal integrity, business ethics and values.
